All products are made to order and ready to ship from the UK same day if ordered by 1pm UK time.
If ordered after this time they will ship the following day. During busy times orders can take up to 3 working days to ship.
Please allow up to 5 working days for large orders over 30 items to ship.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 as standard.
Larger orders are shipped via DPD.
LOCAL COLLECTION: If you have requested local collection from our Lake warehouse, you will be notified via your order email when it is ready for collection.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Local/Public Holidays.
