If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally 2-3 days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
Customers must allow 5 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.
Shipping costs are displayed at cart and checkout where there will be a choice of delivery options to choose from
We primarily ship only within the UK but are happy to deliver worldwide. Please do contact us to discuss your requirements for overseas shipping.
Cost and timings
SMALLER ITEMS
Smaller items are usually despatched within 3 working days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, Evri, DHL and DPD.
Larger items, including machinery and pallets will be delivered by one of our approved suppliers.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
